She shares her children with Will Kopelman
Drew Barrymore and her ex-husband are successfully co-parenting their daughters, Frankie, eight, and Olive, nine, but it doesn't come without it's challenges.
The couple split custody of the little girls after the demise of their marriage and while Will has gone on to remarry, Drew is a single mother.

The TV host and actress recently opened up about what the hardest part of co-parenting was when she spoke to .

Drew gave an emotional answer as she admitted: "You miss them when you're apart because that wasn't the plan."
However, she did reveal one upside to the family dividing time with their kids: "Both parents get a day off," she added.

Drew made a number of other confessions in the quick-fire interview including revealing her most recent parenting fail. The mom-of-two quipped: "Losing it when Olive tried to tell me how to drive."

And she questions her own parenting from time-to-time too. She said: "Right as I'm trying to do this interview, they're play fighting all over the grocery store.
"It's cute but making me question if I'm a bad parent because I wonder if it's bothering other customers."

While Drew and Will split in 2016, they have remained amicable. He recently commented on their girl's resemblance to Drew, when the actress posted a throwback video of herself on Instagram.
Drew and Will split when the children were very young
As a child, she chatted about her urban preferences in a too-cute clip and Will responded by writing: "This is both Olive and Frankie all at once," making reference to her mannerisms.
Drew found the divorce from Will very difficult and opened up about the agony of the break-up on her show.
Talking about seeking help for her mental health, she said: "I went through a really painful divorce and I wasn't doing very well.
"I had these two kids I had to fight for and I needed help. So I started reaching out to different people and eventually I made some big sweeping changes in my life. I got on a whole new track. Not back on track, but a whole new one that I helped build."
